A reliable operation is safer, has less environmental impact and enables people to remain engaged and focus on continuous improvement.
I was impressed by the volume of submissions this year that improved safety and reliability performance while also removing signi cant costs from the business. When we improve the operation while also reducing cost we ensure our competiveness in a global market.
