A MESSAGE FROM MELANIE WEBER, LEAD JUDGE...
I have seen rst-hand the great initiatives, teamwork and leadership displayed across Suncor over the last three years as part of the judging team.
The People category is about demonstrating strong accountability and leadership to attract, develop and retain the best of the best in our industry. What really stood out this year is the innovative ways the nominees found to implement effective solutions and improvements in a low-cost environment.
Each nominee, nalist and recipient should take great pride in their commitment to operational excellence as it ensures that we continue to raise the bar as an organization.
I want to congratulate each of you for making a difference at Suncor.
