A MESSAGE FROM MELANIE WEBER, LEAD JUDGE...
Great people are the core of who we are, what we do, and what we accomplish. They are our greatest asset, and are vital to achieving our mission and ful lling our vision.
We received an excellent pool of nominees this year who demonstrated key operational discipline behaviours combined with outstanding results. This years’ nominations demonstrated extensive leverage of collaboration, particularly between business areas and functions. By using a questioning attitude and holding others accountable, we demonstrate that we are truly ONE team.
It is very rewarding to see an emphasis not only on what was accomplished by these nominees but also on how they did it – advancing operational excellence together. What a difference our people are making and will continue to make in the years ahead!
